9-1.) Call 911
The most important thing is your health and safety! Get medical help if needed & check others involved if possible to do so safely. Remember to not apologize to anyone on scene including police. This could be considered a legal admission of guilt in court. "Are you ok? Do you need an ambulance?" Is acceptable when checking others on scene.
2.) Notify your area manager immediately.
If unable to reach your manager, call directly into the Safety Department.

3.) If truck is drivable get it out of the roadway.
Turn on emergency flashers and deploy your 3 emergency triangles. Make yourself visible to traffic!

*Remember to get 360° photos of the crash scene and of all vehicles involved.
* Once 360° photos have been secured take close-up pictures of all damage to all vehicles
* Please turn on flash if in a dark area, and try your best not to take blurry photos.
